Through pre-departure discussions with the employee and the family and a detailed needs assessment, we prepare a customize program for the families home finding trip. We have a wide network of reliable, seasoned professional real estate agents that research the market and compile a list of properties for rent or purchase so the family views only those properties matching their requirements.

Home Buying Assistance
Our home finding program facilitates the process of locating a new home to best suit the needs of a transferee. We first help transferees assess and prioritize their needs and then work with the most respected local real estate agents. We manage all aspects of home finding including introduction to the community, contract negotiations, contingencies, closing, and settling into the new residence.

Rental Tours
The transferees will be personally escorted on area orientation and will be given a guided tour of the rental properties that meet the transferee’s criteria.
